IN THE BEGINNING |

| Fattest kid in school
Born in a little fishing village in south England, son of a
Merchant Navy Captain, Geoff's initial motivation to succeed
was from being tormented as the 'fat posh captains' kid in school.
At 14 he broke the school record for slowest 100m ever at 24 sec's.
Geoff decided he'd had enough sand kicked in his face and
started learning all he could about training the body and
mind. After putting himself through a highly intensive self imposed 3
year routine, studying and training constantly, he successfully qualified for the
elite British Royal
Marines, beating thousands of hopefuls |

| Royal Marine Commando Later getting the coveted Green Beret
with commendations he joined 42 Commando and continued
training for Northern Island and Buckingham palace duties. While in the Marines at 19
he competed and won his city championships, 100% drug free. After severe injury forced
him to leave the corps he went on to became the youngest person in England
to take the advanced Diploma in security management and personal protection.

| Scrubbin' Decks to Australia
After leaving the Marines he spent some time as a personal trainer in
his home town of Plymouth. He then jumped on a ship, working his
passage by scrubbing decks and cleaning the engines until he
reached Australia. Arriving with $200 and his Marines back pack he lived in Kings Cross in a Combi van for a year.
Working at Gyms around Sydney as one of Australia's first
personal trainers.
Trainer to the Stars
It didn't take long before Geoff's unique
experience and intense fitness background landed him the
title 'Trainer
to the Stars'. With his large celebrity client list including Tv's brightest talent at the time such as Paul Mercurio, Marcus
Graham , Jackie Weaver , Dieter Brumer, Simon Burke, Eden Gaha,
Melissa George
and many, many other celebs .
Geoff put his celebrity clients base to good
use while developing a unique mind training system and consulting for a number of
magazines and shows.
He was also chosen out of 10,000 people
to become an Australian Gladiator on Ch7 production of the
international hit show.
